Please note that for creating a desired fit, pattern and look of a product, alterations are required.
In case the customer does not have access to local alteration facilities, Styliqueen.com recommends the use of the safer measurement options offered by us in order to minimize any chances of error:
1.Buy unstitched items from us and get them tailored by your personal stylist or boutique..
2.Try to choose one of the shown options to minimize errors.
3.Try to choose from standard sizes as given in our size chart as risk of misfit is more if you choose customization option.
4.Send your best fitting garment as sample.
5.Ask us to send you the dummy garment for the fittings & style approval before we start working on your original outfit or item.
Product received in damaged condition, or with manufacturing defect or with wrong item:
1.On receipt, in case it is noticed that the outer packing of the product is damaged or tampered with, immediately verify the quality/quantity of the product against the invoice, before accepting the package from the courier agency. In case of any discrepancy, either refuse to accept delivery or accept delivery only after putting suitable remark on the proof of delivery. Customer should also lodge a proper complain with the local office of the courier agency that Styliqueen.com may peruse to avoid such occurrences in future.
2.In case of receipt of product in damaged condition, with manufacturing defect or a wrong product has been received, kindly contact Styliqueen.com at firstname.lastname@example.org, within 24 hours of receipt of product.
3.Kindly retain all packaging materials and product until receipt of instructions of the Styliqueen.com regarding the same.
4.In case of any other complaints, email Styliqueen.com at email@example.com, within 24 hours of receiving the product.
5.DO NOT return any product, before receiving confirmation from Styliqueen.com for the same. In case any product is returned without such confirmation, Styliqueen.com does not guarantee any credit or replacement of the product.
6.The email should contain comprehensive details of the defects/complaints of the single order/package delivery. Please note that Styliqueen.com shall examine the returned products for all such defects/variations, on the basis of the customer’s emails.
7.All defective products being returned to Styliqueen.com shall be done ONLY through registered airmail/courier.
8.All shipping costs of returning the defective products back to India over and above such amount paid by customer towards shipping charges while receiving the same from India are to be borne by the customer entirely.
9.All defective products along with copy of invoice, original packing and in the original condition as sent to customer, shall have to be sent back to Styliqueen.com within seven (7) working days from receipt of confirmation for the same from Styliqueen.com.
10.Safe delivery of the defective product to Styliqueen.com is sole responsibility of the customer.
While returning the defective product, kindly mark the package as ‘DEFECTIVE RETURNS’.
In case it is found on examination of product/invoice/order receipt that the error has occurred due to customer, then Styliqueen.com shall make the necessary modifications/alternations “AT THE COST OF THE CUSTOMER”. In the rare circumstances when original fabric is unavailable for purpose of such alterations/modifications, Styliqueen.com may use plain fabric of the same color. Customer may have to bear the cost of such replacement fabric in such rare cases.
Obligation of Styliqueen.com:
1.Styliqueen.com shall examine the products returned by the customer for such defects/variations as complained by the customer and ensure remedial steps are taken immediately.
2.In the event of the having occurred on the part of Styliqueen.com:
1. Styliqueen.com shall send the replaced product at the earliest possible, at its own cost. In case the original product is no longer possible, you may be requested to select an alternate product, which shall be sent to you, at the cost of Styliqueen.com.
2. Styliqueen.com shall bear all costs for shipping and delivery of the altered/modified/alternate product alterations and modifications of the products.
3. Styliqueen.com shall still bear costs of alterations/modifications.
4. Styliqueen.com need not refund any amount under any circumstances, whatsoever..
3. Notwithstanding the above, Styliqueen.com is under no obligation to accept any returns or provide any replacements or exchange or store credit. Styliqueen.com shall have sole discretion to assess each case separately.
In case of multiple products being ordered, if for any reason whatsoever, Styliqueen.com in unable to deliver certain products, the Customer shall be allowed to select an alternate product. However, in case customer does not wish to select any alternate products, Styliqueen.com shall agree to refund amount as against such non-deliverable products.
Kindly note that credits against the Customer’s credit card account normally takes three (3) business days to be processed. Thereafter, the corresponding bank of the customers may take about two (2) business days from the date of Styliqueen.com processing the same, to show the said credits on the customer's accounts. Customer may check the credits in their next credit card statement.
1.The details of the products or product specifications (weight, color, handwork details, size, etc.) as shown on the website of Styliqueen.com are only approximate values.
2.While Styliqueen.com shall make all endeavors to ensure accuracy of order of the product, however; there may occur variations in color of the actual product against that shown on the website due to nature of fabric dyes, weather at the time of dying, differences in display output due to lighting, digital photography and color settings and capabilities of monitors.
3.A customer must place an order allowing for this minor variation in color of the product received against that seen on the website.
The Customer may take note of the following:
1. The colors red, maroon and orange colors have a tendency to reflect a different shade than other colors. There may be certain variations between the product of such colors as seen on website and actual product.
2. The colors green and blue at times may overlap. Same is the case with off-white, white and cream colors.
3. Sea Green color sometimes looks Aqua blue and the other way around.
4. Please note that there maybe minor differences incase of product color due to lighting conditions at the time of shooting and monitor display resolutions.
5. Products which are embellished with sequins, beads may have a tendency to come off, in spite of all prudent care.
6. Styliqueen.com recommends the use of its sample blouse/ sample salwar suit and size trial option, while placing orders for stitched products, in order to avoid errors of size and style.
